GO Setting --> Wireless  and Network --> Mobile Networks --> Access Point

Create New APN

Go Menu --> New APN

Name     :  Mobitel

APN       :  mobitel3g

MCC      :  413

MNC      :  01

Authentication Type     :  None

APN Type                     :  default,supl  ( if SAMSUNG Device Select Internet )

Other Category is Leave empty

Save Setting

Go Menu -> Save
