Good news for electric cars users in Sri Lanka. CEB announces opening of its first dc fast charging station. CEB fast charging station facilitate to public for quick charging of electric vehicles from 20 October 2016. CEB EV fast charging stations now available in Kelanitissa power station, CEB new kelani bridge road, Kolonnawa and Wallampitiya. Facilitated for self payment throuh a prepaid e card can be purchased from any bill payment counters of CEB for Rs 400.00 and the e card can be loaded from same counters.
